The challenge
Online ordering succeeds when it connects with the kitchen, checkout and payment workflow. The customer experience must stay simple while multiple systems and devices coordinate behind it.
The approach
The product family brings together a customer web application, management dashboard and central API alongside printing and device clients. Building for the UK market connects technical decisions with everyday hospitality operations.
Scope of work
- Customer ordering website and business management dashboard
- Order coordination with printers and point-of-sale devices
- Central API and application deployment services
- Payment integration experience in the UK ecosystem
My role
Product leadership and retail/hospitality solution design for BritEat / BritPOS, working remotely with the London market.
