The challenge
An international POS application does not cover every local retail workflow. Language, calendar handling, receipts, hardware and store-specific practices require adaptation.
The approach
The Yasna extension layer around Microsoft POS includes custom checkout panes, item and customer tabs, second displays, caller identification, receipt customisation and website integration. This work forms an important part of my retail engineering foundation.
